Dvar Yerushalayim is one of the first yeshivot to cater to Jewish students just beginning their path in Torah learning

We offer carefully graded courses for students without a background in Jewish learning, and also for more advanced students who want to improve their skills in independent study. Our gifted and sensitive teachers respect the individuality of each student. Our student body is an intellectually alert Ingathering of the Exiles, drawn from colleges in many countries. The broadening of each student’s awareness of Diaspora and Israeli lifestyles is a worthwhile learning experience. Interested students are trained for active participation in the Academy’s community education projects.

Special Features: Classes in English, Hebrew, Russian, French; individually-tailored curricula; training in independent study; academic and personal counseling; part-time and summer courses; Kollel and Research Department; Kiruv and Semicha program; Daily Ulpan; audio-visual programs and Distant Teaching; tours of historic sites; and college credits. We have a special one-year program, accredited by Touro and other U.S. colleges, for post High School graduates and post 6th Formers. Masa Fellowship program.
